It was a great experience which we intend to do again someday.

Overall, a fantastic experience for my wife on her 50th birthday! We do feel incredibly lucky to have had flight weather on our first booking. The ground crew were superb, especially your farmer friend, who we understand was called at short notice. He was very chirpy, chatty and informative.
When he got us underway, Arthur piloted brilliantly but I have to say that I felt very embarrassed at the beginning with his attitude to us delaying the departure from Westward Inn. This was not our fault. The queue for the ladies toilets was long and my wife and daughter needed to be comfortable for the long trip. I fully understand the desire to get moving ASAP when conditions are right, but this set up a bad atmosphere. I am pleased to say that once we got hands on with launching, all this dissipated.
Jon Hoar was brilliantly efficient in handling email and telephone enquiries.
All in all, thank you for a magnificent evening.

This was a fantastic experience,professionally organised and very well executed!!! In retrospect we should have read the terms and conditions but as we were given this as a present we didn’t recieve these until a much later date!! Thankyou very much!!!!

The flight was fantastic, and we enjoyed it particularly because we had tried to fly five times before but been let down by the weather. The crew were friendly and helpful and Arthur did a great job as pilot and host.

I’m not really qualified to talk about website use, and value for money – we were given the flight as a present. The whole experience was thoroughly enjoyable,and I hope to do it again sometime.

The whole experience is something to remember, I would happily recommend a hot air balloon flight to everyone and to use South West Balloon flight. Thank you.
