The confidence and experience of the pilot and crew allayed any concerns we had about flying in a vehicle without at least four engines. A most enjoyable experience.

We had a wonderful flight. Takeoff and flight perfect. The scenery was fabulous and a knowledgable commentary from Arthur helped a lot. Landing a bit bumpy though!

after 6 attempts was a brilliant flight, shame about the grumpy farmer but home safe and sound.

Pilot & Crew excellent.

I thought our Pilot was extremly interactive with us. Very willing to give info and very pleasant.Very helpful to those of us who were less able to climb in/out of basket.
Can’t comment on other 2 items as I did’nt deal with them.

We had the most *** experience, my husband Steve had always wanted to balloon fly so it was a birthday present for him, I decided he needed to enthuse with someone beside him on the day so i booked myself as well…. we were speechless for most of the most flight in awe of the spectacular views and the tranquility we experienced, we will definately do it again and recommend it to other people …. thank you :0)
