Although we had to wait a few months for the wright time to take our flight, it was well worth the wait we had the most fantastic experience from the set up to the landing; would recommend to anyone, Thankyou to everyone who made our trip so special.

Sadly the weather was very foggy and we had to wait for 1!/2 hours for it to clear and even then it was not clear. The trip was completely blotted out by cloud so we did not see anything at all. It probably would have been better to either cancel or start much later.Also the pilot decided to make it a short trip which lasted 45mins which was a disappointment. We spent more time hanging around than flying.
I think that the crew could have been a little more polite with their request for help opening and closing the balloon. Shouting that we were doing it wrong is not conducive to giving assistance. Overall after waiting 18 months to get the flight it was an indifferent experience.
