Absolutely fabulous experience; my wife and I enjoyed the flight very much indeed. The crew were brilliant and we enjoyed the hands-on nature of the activity!
I had originally booked on a flight scheduled for 14th August and pre-paid for champagne and in-flight photographs. Unfortunately that flight was cancelled owing to bad weather. I re-booked for 21st August, but was very concerned to find that our names were not on the flight list so there was no record of my order for in flight champagne; very embarrassing as this was an anniversary present from me to my wife! Having now received the e-mail with the link to this customer feedback survey and another link to the in-flight photos I find that I am being asked to pay for the latter again!
Let me repeat that we really enjoyed the flight experience and I’m sure these administrative problems can be sorted out now that you are aware of them. We look forward to receiving the photos, via e-mail, as requested when asked by the crew!
