The PILOT made the trip extra special ,he was very good at explaining things, he was polite and friendly, so a big thank you to both of the crew, it was a most enjoyable experience , other passengers were charming and helpful to a little lady that had difficulty with short stubby legs ,thank you for the trip .

We really enjoyed our hot air balloon experience. I was slightly nervous about the flight but the pilot and crew made me feel very relaxed. The on flight drinks were great and I would definately recommend the experience to my family and friends.

What a fantastic experience! The piolot and ground crew were very helpful and easy to get along with. It was lovely to be given ‘bubbly’ as we had not purchased it as an add on. I would recommend it to anyone who wanted to do something a bit different to mark an important milestone. The only problem is that you cannot guarantee when you can fly. Thankyou to everyone.

We flew from tiverton on thursday 12 april. The flight was very enjoyable, an experience i would be happy to recommend to friends. The way the pilot spoke to the ground crew made some passengers feel uncomfortable.
