Having requested a flight date, very occassionally due to demand for a particular flight passengers do not receive confirmation immediatly that they are booked on their prefered date but instead receive an email saying they are on a waiting list. In such cases please wait 24 hours before either contacting us or booking an alternative date as within 24 hours the majority of passengers are able to be transfered off a waiting list onto their prefered flight date. When booked on the flight you'll receive a confirmation email, sent direct to your email address, confirming your reservation.
